property, investment sales. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handle client
communication skills and manage reporting from field associate. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic
environment.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follows up on inbound inquires.
• Identify client needs and provide information on available properties and
services.
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads through effective communication.
2 Client Engagement :
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients.
• Address client queries, provide detailed property information, and schedule site
visits.
• Develop and maintain relationship to foster repeat and referral business.
3 Sales Conversion:
• Persuade and guide clients through the buying or renting process.
• Close deals by effectively handling objection and offering solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
