we are looking for a front line manager (flm) to drive agency channel business in jaipur. the role involves achieving sales & revenue targets through advisor activation, customer acquisition, and retention. the candidate will collaborate with branch operations to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

you will be responsible for revenue growth, product mix management, and persistency improvement, along with developing new initiatives from the existing customer base and untapped markets.

key responsibilities:

drive sales through recruitment & activation of advisors.

collaborate with branch team for lead generation & business growth.

ensure customer satisfaction, renewals & up-selling.

track competition and maintain compliance standards.

maintain sales call reports and follow up on leads regularly.

requirements:

graduate / postgraduate with 1��6 years of sales experience (insurance/bfsi preferred).

strong communication & team-handling skills.

target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
