* Assist customer to help with their issues related with Internet/CCTV/Computer/Mobility Devices//network.

* Resolve the issue over call or via remote.

* Follow ups on regular intervals if case is refereed to different team.

* Excellent Spoken English (COMPULSORY)

* Any Graduate can apply.

* 1+ years experience in International BPO Or any Domain can apply for Voice Process.
