Job Summary:

A Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining a database of leads, and providing customer support. They will be responsible for keeping track of all the calls made and generating reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential clients.

· Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.

· Maintain and update lead details in CRM regularly.

· Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

· Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.

· Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.

· Attend trainings, events, and field activities whenever required.

· Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

Key Requirements:

· Min. 6 months of experience in real estate

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· Basic knowledge of real estate industry and sales processes.
