They will be responsible for keeping track of all the calls made and generating reports for management.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects. Maintain and update lead details in CRM regularly. Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and closures. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling. Attend trainings, events, and field activities whenever required. Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude while interacting with clients.Key Requirements: Min. 6 months of experience in real estate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
