Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales professional at Pooja Jewellers. The Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet the customers as they arrive at the counter and ask them how they would like to be assisted.

Always maintain a personal, professional appearance and attitude.

Selling the merchandise in their section to the customer gauging their requirements, interest and tastes.

Responsible and Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.

Stock verification and storage of fresh stock and also preparing the stock reports.

Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewellery merchandise and offer complimentary items with each customer purchase.

Responsible for extending sales and influencing the customer to purchase more.

Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter.

Communicating with other members of the team to coordinate sales efforts.

Responsible in improving through continuous feedback from the customers.

Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Identifying potential customers and referring them to the store.

Age: 18+

Experience: 0-3yrs experience in showroom sales
