responsibilities:
cold calling on data and freeze the appointment.
visit to architects office.
visit to interior designer office.
visit to developer/builder office.
build and maintain strong client relationships.
conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
track and report on sales metrics and performance.
qualifications:
proven track record of successful sales.
minimum in sales as an added advantage.
excellent communication and negotiation skills.
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
