Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including site visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Consistently follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Convert leads into successful bookings and achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and accounts for smooth deal closures
Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and project details
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred)
0-5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is an added advantage
