Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals

Meet potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in real estate / retail / service sales (depending on your industry)
