Objective:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet customer acquisition and

revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be

responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting industry.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (Lighting industry experience

preferred).

Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices is a plus.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
