Job Title: Telecaller (Sales Executive)

Location: Gurgaon (Only local candidates will be considered)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Sales Executive) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-centric approach to drive sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales.

Maintain and update customer database (CRM).

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide accurate information and handle customer objections effectively.

Requirements:

Gender Preference: Female candidates only.

Location: Must be from Gurgaon.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
