Position: POS / Merchant Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new merchants and onboard them for HDFC Bank POS solutions.

Generate leads through field visits, references and other channels.

Explain POS machine features, benefits and charges to merchants.

Manage the complete merchant onboarding process and documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and business targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation and service-related issues.

Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
