Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree preferable in travel studies and/or Diploma/

equivalent in travel and tourism

- 0 - 4 years experience in the car rental operations profile.

Job Description:-

- Interacting with customers and the team on daily basis and strong

understanding of car rental operations, including fleet management,

customer service and sales.

- Understanding the needs of the customer and managing the cars

accordingly.

- Issuing relevant documents, time wise itinerary, meal charts

&vouchers.

- Develop promotional materials and create customized itineraries.

- Researching destination, maintain updated knowledge of

industry trends and developments in order to remain

competitive.

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

- Meet or exceed organizational goals and objectives.

- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly work reports.

Skills required:-

- Proven experience in operations role from Tour Operator or Travel

Agency , DMC (Destination Management Company) background.

- Excellent communication skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment

- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Self-motivated with strong work ethic

- Pleasant Personality

- Excellent Team Player
