- bachelor's degree preferable in travel studies and/or diploma/

equivalent in travel and tourism

- 0 - 4 years’ experience in the car rental operations profile.

job description:-

- interacting with customers and the team on daily basis and strong

understanding of car rental operations, including fleet management,

customer service and sales.

- understanding the needs of the customer and managing the cars

accordingly.

- issuing relevant documents, time wise itinerary, meal charts

&vouchers.

- develop promotional materials and create customized itineraries.

- researching destination, maintain updated knowledge of

industry trends and developments in order to remain

competitive.

- resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

- meet or exceed organizational goals and objectives.

- maintaining daily, weekly and monthly work reports.

skills required:-

- proven experience in operations role from tour operator or travel

agency , dmc (destination management company) background.

- excellent communication skills

- highly organized and detail-oriented

- ability to work independently and also in a team environment

- creative problem solving and decision-making skills

- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

- self-motivated with strong work ethic
