Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
3. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
new opportunities for improvement.
4. Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
5. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer and close the orders.
6. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management
and Mahindra.
7. Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.
8. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Required Skills:
1. Should have field sales experience.
2. Should have industrial sales exposure.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Must have two-wheeler.
5. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
6. Proficient in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
