Roles and Responsibilities:1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.3. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.4. Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.5. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer and close the orders.6. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.7. Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.8. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.Required Skills:1. Should have field sales experience.2. Should have industrial sales exposure.3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.4. Must have two-wheeler.5. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. 6. Based on QC reports modify/improve production process to reduce rework jobs6. Root cause Analysis and Corrective action initiation for rejections.7. Responsible for Calibration of Instruments and gauges.8. Responsible for FG clearance to customers.

1. Site visits to assess required electrical and mechanical work at site (Quantity Survey).2. Understanding the layout drawings and modify the same as per proposed site work.3. Daily monitoring of site and submitting daily reports.4. Coordination with Customer's team at site and avail necessary permissions & facilities.5. Finalizing labour contractors for electrical, mechanical, civil works etc.6. Explanation of work & coordination with Labor Contractor and sub-vendors.7. Receiving labour bills and processing contractor payments.8. Assess the materials requirements at site and raise indents.9. Coordinate with Stores and Purchase department for delivery of materials and get the acknowledgement from customer.10. Get measurement certifications with site QS Teams.11. To implement all necessary safety precautions at site.12. To take responsibility of safety and security of companys materials at site.13. To return all companys materials back to Stores after completion of work at site.14. Must have the ability to organize labour at site on short notice for works like Loading, Unloading etc. at site.15. To attend site meetings regularly.16. To coordinate with the customers Site Managers for work like arranging temporary power, certification etc.17. Creating B.O.M as per site condition and work order.18. Submitting documents and getting approval for W.O amendments.19. Will be responsible for maintain cleanliness and perfect housekeeping of all sites.20. Collect payment certificate from customers.

1. 3-D Modelling of acoustic enclosures & Acoustic room treatment designs & software on solid works.2. Site Layout drawings in AutoCAD.3. Product development designs in AutoCAD.4. Preparation of all production drawings.5. Assist factory in case of any issues related to Design.6. Nesting of components using RADON software.7. Site Visits with Senior Engineers.
