HIRING - SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups

Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings for tours, holiday packages, and customized travel plans

Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other digital platforms

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and itineraries

Promote domestic and international travel packages, group tours, honeymoon packages, and customized trips

Prepare quotations, explain package inclusions/exclusions, and close sales efficiently

Follow up with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion

Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and payments

Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns before and after booking to ensure customer satisfaction

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Persuasive sales and negotiation abilities

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business preferred)

Prior experience in sales or travel industry is an advantage.
