We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to connect with leads, understand their software requirements, and coordinate with the internal technical team for further discussion and project execution. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential and existing leads to explain company software products/services
Understand client business requirements and gather detailed information
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with the technical or sales team
Maintain proper call records and update CRM regularly
Follow up with leads to convert them into opportunities
Coordinate with the development/technical team to share accurate client requirements
Support in proposal follow-ups and basic client communication
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + Hindi or Marathi preferred)
Basic understanding of software services (Website, App, CRM, ERP, etc.)
Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly
Good listening and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
Proactive and target-oriented mindset
