We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to connect with leads, understand their software requirements, and coordinate with the internal technical team for further discussion and project execution. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team.Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential and existing leads to explain company software products/servicesUnderstand client business requirements and gather detailed informationQualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with the technical or sales teamMaintain proper call records and update CRM regularlyFollow up with leads to convert them into opportunitiesCoordinate with the development/technical team to share accurate client requirementsSupport in proposal follow-ups and basic client communicationAchieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targetsRequired SkillsGood communication skills (English + Hindi or Marathi preferred)Basic understanding of software services (Website, App, CRM, ERP, etc.)Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearlyGood listening and convincing skillsBasic knowledge of CRM tools / ExcelProactive and target-oriented mindset
