vinay trans logistics pvt. ltd., a key arm of the dehu group of companies, is looking for a proactive sales executive. you’ll drive sales of transport services, manage dispatch coordination, and maintain seamless client communication from booking through delivery.
key responsibilities
- identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and other sectors.
- source new business via cold calling, networking events, and digital channels. (field sales)
- liaise with operations to schedule trucks, assign drivers, and optimize routes.
- serve as the main point of contact for all client queries and service updates.
- build trust through timely follow-ups and personalized service, fostering long-term relationships.
- ensure all transport documents, invoices, and compliance paperwork are complete and error-free.
- track outstanding invoices and conduct systematic follow-ups.
- negotiate delivery schedules and contract terms that balance client needs with company profitability.
