Skills and Expectations:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of B2B sales, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on business loans.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey the benefits of products or services.
- An MBA/PGDM or other relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a track record of success in sales and achieving targets.
