Job Description

key responsibilities:

lead generation & prospecting:

identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

sales & revenue growth:

achieve and exceed sales targets and kpis.

conduct product/service presentations to potential clients.

negotiate contracts and close deals.

follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

relationship management:

build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

market research & analysis:

stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

reporting:

prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecast, and results.

use crm software to manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
