job responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential customers across pan india.
explain product features, benefits, and offers to clients professionally.
maintain a high call volume with quality conversations.
identify client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
follow up with interested leads and close sales.
maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the crm/google sheets.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
key requirements:
minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales / telecalling (product sales preferred).
english speaking is compulsory – good command over spoken and written english.
ability to handle clients professionally and persuasively.
computer literacy – ms office / google sheets / crm tools.
strong negotiation and closing skills.
self-motivated and target-oriented.
