Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers across PAN India.Explain product features, benefits, and offers to clients professionally.Maintain a high call volume with quality conversations.Identify client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.Follow up with interested leads and close sales.Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM/Google Sheets.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales / telecalling (product sales preferred).English speaking is compulsory good command over spoken and written English.Ability to handle clients professionally and persuasively.Computer literacy MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Perks & Benefits:Attractive incentives on achieving sales targets.Training & skill development programs.Opportunity to work in a growing ISO-certified manufacturing company.About CHRONOVEX INDUSTRIES PVT.
