Job Title: Digital Marketing and Cold Calling Executive

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Cold Calling Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in digital marketing, have proven experience in cold calling, and be committed to achieving targets. This role involves making a minimum of 120-150 calls per day, attending company meetings, and following strategic guidelines to enhance performance.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Expertise:Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies.

Implement and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.

Cold Calling:Utilize cold calling techniques to engage potential clients and generate leads.

Make a minimum of 120-150 calls per day to achieve set targets.

Payment and Incentives:Basic monthly pay of 8000 INR.

Payment disbursed on the 31st working day of the month.

Incentives provided on a commission basis.

Performance and Attendance:Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Non-compliance may result in termination without payment, with only three warnings provided.

Attendance at all company meetings is mandatory.

Follow-up and Call Recordings:Follow the provided follow-up script for effective communication.

Maintain and provide all call recordings for review.

Meeting Strategies:Attend all company meetings and implement strategies discussed to enhance results.

Equipment Requirements:Must own a laptop for work purposes.

Must have an Android phone for communication.

Provide own earphones or earbuds for effective communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience and knowledge in digital marketing.

Previous experience in cold calling is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet and exceed daily call targets.

Familiarity with meeting attendance and strategy implementation.
