Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership.

Build rapport and trust with clients through professional and personalized service.

Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and generate new leads through referrals and networking.

Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Maintain accurate records of client information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and improve performance.

Work collaboratively with the marketing, guest services, and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the timeshare, hospitality, real estate, or vacation ownership industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and vacation lifestyles.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or hospitality is a plus.
