Currently pursuing a B.com/BBA/BBM or any graduate.

KRA

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Revenue Generation: Generating new leads, converting prospects into customers, and maximizing revenue from existing clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.

Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively presenting the company's products or services to potential clients and addressing their queries.
