urgent opening for sales executive in building material (fenestration industry) @ panchkula haryana

experience - 1 to 4 yrs experience in fenestration industry

salary - 3 to lakh pa

(mech.)/ + / mba (technical qualification)

job description:

 achievement of set target for a financial year

 monitor post-sales customer/architect/site works as per the project management plan and timely update site

status information to pmd.

 timely communication with the customers to apprise them about project status.

 schedule preliminary site visit(s) upon closure of order as per pmp and take preliminary site measurements for

procurement.

 coordinate with the customer site supervisor for window opening readiness as per approved section drawings and

samples.

 helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,

 ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,

 answering client queries about product specifications and uses,

 maintaining architect and client relationships,

 learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,

 creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,

 seek customer satisfaction survey feedback from customers.

 adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

required skill sets:

 excellence in ms office, ms excel, and marketing and sales software,

 must have knowledge of reading and interpreting cad drawings and plans,

 must be analytical and good in mathematics.

non–technical skill sets:

 effective communication and interpersonal skills,

 must know the art of selling,

 must be disciplined, well-dressed, and presentable
