o responsible for driving and achieving direct sales target in his region.
o responsible for identifying and appointing channel partners
o responsible for assisting the channel partners to close deals
o responsible for making suitable plans to increase market share
o creating and implementing a sales plan
o work closely with ho funnel team to keep expanding list of potential clients
o engage with users to ensure expansion, amc and renewals happen in time
o engage with users to ensure product satisfaction and get testimonials
o engage with industrial associations, oems to get more leads
o engage with tpm and lean mfg. consultants as partners for business promotion
o monitor and report competitor activity
requirements for the position
o be /dme in mechanical or industrial engineering or production engineering
o 5 years sales experience with capital goods like cnc machine tools or cnc cutting tool in the region
o good customer contacts at senior level ( ceo and business owners)
o access to key decision makers and influencers
o familiar with industry solutions, shop floor technical terms, user pain points (preferable)
o good networking connect with cnc machine tool / cutting tool sellers in the region for lead generation
o analysing sales data and suggest fresh sales strategies
o indicative age group 30. +/- 2 years, preferably
o good presentation skills
