Sales Strategy and Planning:
Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heating Pumps sector.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heating Pumps technology.
Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.
Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.
Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
