Hiring For Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sales and developing business opportunities for electrical control panels, automation systems, and related industrial solutions. The role involves technical understanding, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as automation, manufacturing, and power systems.

Promote products including electrical control panels, PLC panels, MCC/PCC panels, and automation solutions.

Understand customer requirements, propose suitable technical solutions, and prepare quotations or techno-commercial offers.

Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Visit client sites, conduct product presentations, and participate in technical discussions.

Maintain and expand the customer database while building long-term relationships.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma/./ in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 14 years in technical sales, preferably in electrical control or automation product sales.

Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of control panels, PLCs, drives, and automation systems.

o Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.

o Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM tools, AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred).
