lead the market launch and brand establishment of premium innerwear.
build and manage apparel-specific retail partnerships, ensuring profitability and margin control.
develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the innerwear/apparel market.
identify and unlock new markets in rajasthan and neighboring states.
build and maintain relationships with multi-brand outlets (mbos), modern retail, and boutique partners.
expand presence in apparel-focused retail channels.
oversee pricing control, stock movement, and brand visibility at all retail touchpoints.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through rigorous follow-ups and tracking.
supervise deliveries, payment collections, and reconciliation with trade partners.
negotiate with retailers/distributors to maintain balance between profitability and growth.
monitor sell-through data and returns to minimize losses.
ensure superior retailer experience to strengthen long-term partnerships.
conduct on-ground market research on competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
recruit, train, and manage a sales support team (executives/promoters) for scalability.
implement effective reporting systems and distributor performance reviews.
requirements:
