Job Title: Sales & Distribution Manager [Apparel Industry]

Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in Apparel, Textile, or Innerwear Sales & Distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the market launch and brand establishment of premium innerwear.
· Build and manage apparel-specific retail partnerships, ensuring profitability and margin control.
· Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the innerwear/apparel market.
· Identify and unlock new markets in Rajasthan and neighboring states.
· Build and maintain relationships with multi-brand outlets (MBOs), modern retail, and boutique partners.
· Expand presence in apparel-focused retail channels.
· Oversee pricing control, stock movement, and brand visibility at all retail touchpoints.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through rigorous follow-ups and tracking.
· Supervise deliveries, payment collections, and reconciliation with trade partners.
· Negotiate with retailers/distributors to maintain balance between profitability and growth.
· Monitor sell-through data and returns to minimize losses.
· Ensure superior retailer experience to strengthen long-term partnerships.
· Conduct on-ground market research on competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
· Recruit, train, and manage a sales support team (executives/promoters) for scalability.
· Implement effective reporting systems and distributor performance reviews.
Requirements:
· Graduation in business and sales marketing related field.
· Strong retailer and distributor network in Rajasthan (mandatory).
· Excellent negotiation, execution, and relationship-building skills.
· Strategic mindset with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
· Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate.
