Build and manage apparel-specific retail partnerships, ensuring profitability and margin control. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the innerwear/apparel market. Identify and unlock new markets in Rajasthan and neighboring states. Build and maintain relationships with multi-brand outlets (MBOs), modern retail, and boutique partners. Expand presence in apparel-focused retail channels. Oversee pricing control, stock movement, and brand visibility at all retail touchpoints. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through rigorous follow-ups and tracking. Supervise deliveries, payment collections, and reconciliation with trade partners. Negotiate with retailers/distributors to maintain balance between profitability and growth. Monitor sell-through data and returns to minimize losses. Ensure superior retailer experience to strengthen long-term partnerships. Conduct on-ground market research on competition, pricing, and customer preferences. Recruit, train, and manage a sales support team (executives/promoters) for scalability. Implement effective reporting systems and distributor performance reviews.Requirements: Graduation in business and sales marketing related field. Strong retailer and distributor network in Rajasthan (mandatory). Excellent negotiation, execution, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on sales growth and profitability. Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate.
