- increase aum, net sales, and market share of hdfc amc at the branch

- channel management across ifa’s, national distributors and banks

- ensure standards of customer service and compliance are met at the branch

- monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries

- regular mis reporting

knowledge & essential skills:

- ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region

- relationship management skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.

- good knowledge in bfsi (banking, financial services, and insurance sector)

- high enthusiasm & aggression

- team managing skills

- pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
