Job Description

We are looking for a competitive coordinator to manage sales and attract new clients. Coordinators may work directly with customers. The coordinator may answer questions in person, by phone, by chat or by email. Part of the job might include scheduling and marketing events. The coordinator is responsible for giving details about the programs and features offered by CAPPM. Wherever the coordinator works by making products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.

Tele calling/ Use Chat to reach customers.

Creating new leads through area/Regions assigned.

Follow-up with existing and new customer.

Customer MIS to be maintained on daily basis.

Skills and Qualifications

Customer service skills

Interpersonal skills



Computer knowledge with MS Office

Should have Laptop/ Desktop and good internet connection


IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services
