job description:
we are looking for a customer success executive to engage with existing clients, guide them in their onboarding journey, and ensure continuous value from our services. this individual will be a key point of contact for customer satisfaction, app usage, and client education.
key responsibilities:
• attend to walk-in clients, present service features, and assist with conversions
• support client onboarding and ensure smooth transition into our service ecosystem.
• guide customers through app usage and internal process workflows.
• build strong, trust-based relationships with active clients.
• proactively address customer queries and track engagement.
key requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• excellent verbal and written communication.
• strong interpersonal skills and ability to teach/support clients.
candidate expectations:
• must be approachable, solution-oriented, and committed to customer retention.
• comfortable with saas platforms or service-based product environments.
