This individual will be a key point of contact for customer satisfaction, app usage, and client education.Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in clients, present service features, and assist with conversions Support client onboarding and ensure smooth transition into our service ecosystem. Guide customers through app usage and internal process workflows. Build strong, trust-based relationships with active clients. Proactively address customer queries and track engagement.Key Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in customer success or account management. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to teach/support clients.Candidate Expectations: Must be approachable, solution-oriented, and committed to customer retention.
