1. Prepare vendor contact list, generate sales reports, develop & implement new leads in order to increase sales.
2. Answer calls, respond to emails, and act as the first point of contact between the company & key customer.
3. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
4. Review & analyse complaints received from clients; Required overseeing major customer accounts and defined sales goals & quotas.
5. Maintain all sales records, perform data entry tasks & provide excellent customer service
6. Handle orders by telephone, email or mail, and also check that orders contain the correct prices, discounts and product numbers, and contact customers to resolve any questions.
7. Perform other duties assigned by Director & Manager
8. Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
9. Provide information about incoming and completed orders to the particular department. Contacting the technical department, to deal with any product or technical queries.
10. The sales coordinator must work closely with marketing people to ensure that sales & marketing activities are integrated.
