Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identifying potential clients, handling inbound/outbound calls, and maintaining a database of prospects.

Site Visits & Viewings: Organizing and accompanying prospective buyers on property site visits to showcase features.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiating prices and terms, and closing sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management: Building trust with clients and providing ongoing support throughout the buying process.
