Job Description

administrative support: assist the sales team by preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations. they also manage and update the crm (customer relationship management) system with accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

order processing: handle the entire order process, from receiving customer orders and checking them for accuracy to ensuring they are processed and delivered on time.

customer communication: serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing after-sales support, and addressing any complaints or issues.

coordination and logistics: coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure a smooth flow of information and to resolve any issues related to sales, deliveries, or payments.

reporting and analysis: generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist management in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

scheduling and organization: manage schedules, organize sales meetings, and ensure the sales team has all the necessary materials and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
