role overview
we are seeking a full-time sales coordinator to join our team in india. the sales coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients.
key responsibilities
coordinate and support daily sales activities
prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders
generate and maintain sales reports for management review
respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
maintain accurate records in the odoo erp system
assist the sales team in achieving business targets
qualifications & skills
2 - 3 year proven experience in sales coordination and sales operations
strong customer service and relationship management skills
excellent verbal and written communication abilities
strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
proficiency in odoo erp software and microsoft office suite
experience in supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment
previous work experience with a it service distributer will be an added advantage
