We are looking for an experienced Inbound Tele Sales Executive from the hotel & hospitality industry with excellent communication skills to handle inbound booking inquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations while delivering a superior guest experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Handle inbound calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally

€¢ Communicate clearly and confidently with guests to understand their requirements

€¢ Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

€¢ Explain room categories, pricing, offers, and hotel facilities effectively

€¢ Upsell and cross-sell hotel services

€¢ Coordinate with reservations and front office teams

€¢ Maintain accurate booking records in CRM/PMS

€¢ Achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

€¢ 3€“5 years of inbound tele sales or reservations experience in hotel & hospitality

€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

€¢ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities

€¢ Knowledge of PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms

€¢ Customer-focused, target-driven mindset
