Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Tele Sales Executive from the hotel & hospitality industry with excellent communication skills to handle inbound booking inquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations while delivering a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally

Communicate clearly and confidently with guests to understand their requirements

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Explain room categories, pricing, offers, and hotel facilities effectively

Upsell and cross-sell hotel services

Coordinate with reservations and front office teams

Maintain accurate booking records in CRM/PMS

Achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

35 years of inbound tele sales or reservations experience in hotel & hospitality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities

Knowledge of PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms

Customer-focused, target-driven mindset
