Job Profile :

Candidate will be supporting to sales team.

Partly responsible for business development (forwarding Air and Sea, trucking, Heavy haulage, CHA , 3PL etc..)

Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams and conducting business review with clients.

Generation of Inbound and Outbound air and sea cargo from various origins and different destinations.

Meeting new and existing clients in designated area, understanding their logistics needs and then provide a complete cost- effective solution of their requirements.

Monthly/Quarterly reviews with customer to gain confidence/ volumes.

Coordination with sales support staff and customer -support departments to ensure best of the services to the customers.

To ensure timely collection of payments from the customers.

Ensure all the billing files are timely shared with Accounts team and support in collection of overdue o/s payments by following up with customers.
