guide customers through the buying process, addressing questions, objections, and concerns.

upsell or cross-sell related products/services when appropriate.

3. market & product knowledge

maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and their features.

stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

communicate customer insights and market feedback to internal teams.

4. target achievement

work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

track sales activities using crm tools and maintain accurate records.

analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies when needed.

5. negotiation & closing deals

negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details within company guidelines.

close sales efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

6. team collaboration

collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance the overall sales experience.

participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team strategy planning.

7. administrative & reporting duties

prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

maintain documentation such as contracts, agreements, and customer records.

8. post-sales support

assist customers with onboarding or initial setup (if applicable).

ensure a smooth handover to customer support or account management teams.
