* a key job is to acquire new clients through prospecting, engaging, selling and contract closure.
* people having strong experience in selling saas products or related to emailing marketing or
social media services.
* people having work experience with agencies or vendors are added advantages.
individual contributor role –
a) to initiate, build and manage client relationships in designated market segment or
territory and achieve sales booking targets on a quarterly basis.
b) achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from new business (existing & new
accounts)
c) achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from renewal business from existing
clients
d) achieve transaction-wise om in % for every client managed
e) collect 100% of the sow value within dso limits (advance and milestone based)
f) achieve prescribed levels of customer satisfaction for the assigned client set
g) achieve a defined number of new logo acquisition during the year
h) timely reports, updating data in the sfa tool, account plans, initiate customer review calls &
governance meetings & facilitate exec meetings
