Sales Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Greet and assist customers on the phone in a friendly and polite manner

ï‚· Identify potential clients and generate leads for formwork products

ï‚· Solve all the queries of customers and providing excellent customer service

 Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features

ï‚· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

ï‚· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients

ï‚· Provide customers with information about the features, benefits, and advantages of our

products

 Contribute to team’s sales goals

ï‚· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

ï‚· Keep track of sales data and prepare regular sales reports

ï‚· Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of

products

Requirements ï‚· Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role

ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ï‚· Ability to build strong relationships with clients

ï‚· Strong negotiation and closing skills

ï‚· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

ï‚· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

ï‚· Knowledge of formwork products and the construction industry is preferred

Education qualification: ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred

ï‚· 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
