Key Responsibilities
Retail & Channel Expansion
â—Identify and shortlist high-potential retail stores across India.
â—Pitch Company products to retail buyers and decision-makers.
â—Negotiate margins, placements, trials, and pilot programs.
â—Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and launch support.
HoReCa & Experience-Led Partnerships
â—Build partnerships with:
â—‹Hotels
○Cafés
â—‹Spas
â—‹Boutique hospitality spaces
â—Create sampling, gifting, and in-room product opportunities.
Events, Pop-ups & Activations
â—Represent Company at exhibitions, pop-ups, and retail events.
â—Manage on-ground sales during events (yes, weekends included).
â—Help plan and execute pop-ups with the marketing team.
â—Capture retail feedback and customer insights.
Sales Tracking & Market Feedback
â—Maintain a strong retail pipeline and follow-up discipline.
â—Share insights on pricing, competition, shelf placement, and demand.

â—Track conversions from trials to repeat orders.
🧠Who You Are
â—Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
â—2–6 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, HoReCa, FMCG or wellness brands.
â—Strong instinct for store quality & brand fit.
â—Comfortable travelling and working on-ground.
â—Sales-driven - you like being out there, meeting people, and closing.
â—Willing to work weekends for events/pop-ups (with comp-offs).
â—Startup-ready mindset - flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
â—Good communication & negotiation skills.
