Key Responsibilities
Retail & Channel Expansion
●Identify and shortlist high-potential retail stores across India.
●Pitch Company products to retail buyers and decision-makers.
●Negotiate margins, placements, trials, and pilot programs.
●Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and launch support.
HoReCa & Experience-Led Partnerships
●Build partnerships with:
○Hotels
○Cafés
○Spas
○Boutique hospitality spaces
●Create sampling, gifting, and in-room product opportunities.
Events, Pop-ups & Activations
●Represent Company at exhibitions, pop-ups, and retail events.
●Manage on-ground sales during events (yes, weekends included).
●Help plan and execute pop-ups with the marketing team.
●Capture retail feedback and customer insights.
Sales Tracking & Market Feedback
●Maintain a strong retail pipeline and follow-up discipline.
●Share insights on pricing, competition, shelf placement, and demand.

●Track conversions from trials to repeat orders.
🧠Who You Are
●Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
●2–6 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, HoReCa, FMCG or wellness brands.
●Strong instinct for store quality & brand fit.
●Comfortable travelling and working on-ground.
●Sales-driven - you like being out there, meeting people, and closing.
●Willing to work weekends for events/pop-ups (with comp-offs).
●Startup-ready mindset - flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
●Good communication & negotiation skills.
