we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated individual who can support both sales growth and office operations at zooq films. the role combines client communication with day-to-day office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both coordination and people interaction.

key responsibilities

📈 sales support

assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.

prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.

maintain client database and follow-up regularly for meetings and updates.

coordinate with the creative team to ensure client requirements are met.

support in digital outreach, email communication, and linkedin networking.

🗂️ office administration

manage office schedules, meetings, and documentation.

handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) in a professional manner.

maintain records of invoices, contracts, and project expenses.

coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.

ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide support during shoots when required.

required skills.

strong communication skills in english, tamil, and hindi.

basic knowledge of ms office (word, excel, powerpoint) or google workspace.

organizational and multitasking abilities.

ability to manage client relations with professionalism.

interest in films, media, and creative production (added advantage).

qualifications.

any graduate (freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply).

prior experience in sales, customer service, or admin roles will be an added plus.
