lead management & client outreach: call and follow up on leads received from various sources. actively engage with potential customers to understand their packaging needs. educate clients about our products and offer tailored solutions. sales growth & client relationships: maintain regular touchpoints with new and existing customers to drive repeat business. develop sales with validated customers by providing exceptional service and customized
