### Job Summary

### Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
* Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems

### Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
* Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
