Outbound Sales Representative

Offer services to new and existing residential customers using dialer system.

Created customized accounts that met both customer needs and company goals of selling

robust packages of products and services.

Demonstrate mastery of outbound representative call script.

Properly probe customers, and sell business phone products based upon customer needs and Improve sales by 5%.

Effectively exceed sales goals by presenting company products and services to current and potential customers.

Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge.

Up selling to customers and increase margins and brand loyalty.

Prepare a variety of status reports, that includes activity closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.

Demonstrate ability to interact and maintain effective working team relationships with company employees, and supportive departments.

Core Qualifications -:

Years of experience with telesales and telemarketing

Graduates with minimum 1 year of BPO experience preferred

Candidates undergoing any graduation or courses will not be preferred

Capable of handling a multi-line phone system

Excellent salesmanship

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills required

Level-headed and calm in fast-paced environment

Organized and efficient in all work
